Valuation analytics

When you need a defensible value range before a listing strategy, acquisition bid or refinance conversation, we build a structured estimate from comparables, income approach inputs and local market signals. Our models flag when sample sizes are thin or when a subject property sits outside typical comp profiles.

Deliverables include a value band with confidence notes, a comp table with adjustment logic, and a short memo explaining what would move the estimate up or down. This is decision-support — not a certified appraisal and not a guaranteed sale price.
