How propmindai.pro uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how PropMind Inc. ("PropMind," "we," "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit propmindai.pro (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
We use a minimal cookie approach aligned with our static Site architecture. Strictly necessary cookies support core functionality. Analytics and preference cookies are used only with your consent, managed through the cookie banner displayed on first visit.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember preferences and understand how visitors use pages. Similar technologies include local storage entries and session identifiers stored by your browser.
Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them). Cookies set by the Site operator are "first-party" cookies; cookies set by other domains are "third-party" cookies.
3. How we use cookies
We group cookies on the Site into the following categories:
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the Site to function and cannot be switched off through our banner. They include:
- propmind_cookie_consent — stores your cookie consent choices (necessary, analytics, preferences) so the banner does not reappear on every visit. Duration: six months. Type: first-party persistent cookie.
- Session identifiers — if our hosting provider sets short-lived technical cookies for load balancing or security, they are treated as strictly necessary.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under Canadian privacy guidance because the Site cannot honour your cookie choices without storing them.
3.2 Analytics (optional — requires consent)
If you click "Accept all" or enable Analytics in "Customise," we may load privacy-oriented analytics tooling to collect aggregated visit statistics — pages viewed, approximate referral source, device category and session duration. We use this information to improve Site content and diagnose performance issues. Analytics cookies are not used to build advertising profiles or sell data.
If you reject analytics cookies, analytics scripts do not run. Your browsing behaviour on the Site is not tracked for analytics purposes.
3.3 Preferences (optional — requires consent)
Preference cookies remember choices that are not strictly required for Site operation, such as dismissing informational notices or storing non-essential interface settings. These are off by default until you consent through the banner.
4. Cookie banner and your choices
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner offers three actions:

Your selection is stored in the propmind_cookie_consent cookie for six months. After six months, the banner reappears so you can review or change your choices. You may also clear cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so resets the banner on your next visit.
Cookie choices apply to the browser and device where you made them. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you will need to set preferences on each.
5. Third-party cookies
Our Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect technical data in connection with font delivery subject to Google's policies. We do not control third-party cookies that may be set by external services linked from the Site.
If we enable analytics providers in the future, they will be listed in an updated version of this policy and will run only with consent.
6. Managing cookies in your browser

7. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT. We treat unconsented analytics as off by default and rely on our cookie banner for affirmative consent rather than DNT alone.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change our use of cookies or applicable law evolves. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgement where permitted by law.
