What we are not

PropMind is not a real-estate brokerage, agent or representative under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (Ontario) or equivalent provincial legislation. We do not list, advertise, buy, sell, lease or negotiate property; we do not hold deposits; we do not represent buyers or sellers.

PropMind is not a mortgage broker, financial planner, investment dealer or insurance provider. Our outputs are not investment, tax or legal advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

PropMind is not a designated appraisal firm. Our valuation analytics are decision-support tools — not certified appraisals unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing with a licensed partner (not offered as standard service).

Analytics disclaimer

Valuation ranges, market forecasts and portfolio models are based on historical data, stated assumptions and statistical methods that may not predict future outcomes. PropMind does not guarantee prices, rental income, absorption rates, returns or transaction success. Actual results depend on market behaviour, property condition, financing, regulation and negotiation.

Fair housing

We design analytics to comply with fair-housing principles. We do not build models intended to discriminate on protected grounds, and we document known data biases where sample composition may skew results.
