PropMind is not a mortgage broker, financial planner, investment dealer or insurance provider. Our outputs are not investment, tax or legal advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
PropMind is not a designated appraisal firm. Our valuation analytics are decision-support tools — not certified appraisals unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing with a licensed partner (not offered as standard service).
